PAYMENT METHODS

New or occasional accounts and small orders are by credit card.  We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  Please note that to protect our customers, we do not retain any credit card information.  When a charge is approved, we delete the records.

SHIPPING CHARGES

MUSIC: Single CDs are US$2.00 each; Box Sets are US$4.50 each.  Canadian costs are the same in C$.  We will combine items to lower your shipping costs if we can do so.  Small orders are sent by First-Class Air Mail and larger parcels by Express Post or Expedited Parcel.

GIFTS: We do not charge for packing and handling, and we do not mark up our shipping costs.  Small parcels are sent by First-Class Air Mail, which costs about US$4.50 for the first pound and reducing amounts for each pound thereafter.  Larger parcels are sent by Expedited Parcel or Express Post, which is cheaper, faster and insured.  This is not very economical for small parcels unless you are in a hurry. As an example, Express Post costs about US$15.00 for 5 pounds, US$19.00 for 10 pounds, and US$27.00 for 15 pounds.  Insurance is an extra $1.00 per $100 of value.  Courier shipping is available at extra cost. Be warned that all shipping services charge by BOTH weight and volume.  This means that if you order a single large (but very light) item, like some of the kitchen toys, the shipping cost can be high.  It is therefore usually to your cost advantage to order multiple items.  We will not ship to the US by UPS Standard (Ground) because they will charge you US$25.00 per parcel for US Customs clearance.
